Sales Terms

These sales terms govern the subscription to Poli's paid plans.

Poli offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: 10 corrections and 10 translations total, 4 languages (French, English, Spanish, German), 7-day history.
• Starter Plan: 50 corrections/day and 50 translations/day, all languages, 30-day history.
• Pro Plan: 500 corrections/day and 500 translations/day, all languages, unlimited history, custom shortcuts, custom tone and style.

Current prices are displayed in the application at the time of subscription. Prices may change, but changes do not apply to active subscriptions.

All payments are managed by Apple via the Mac App Store's In-App Purchase system. Poli does not collect, store, or process any banking data. Apple's payment terms apply.

Subscriptions auto-renew (monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan). Renewal is handled by Apple according to your Apple account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Apple account settings (System Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).

In accordance with applicable regulations, you may benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. This right is exercised via Apple's refund policy (reportproblem.apple.com).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.

Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple in accordance with their policy. To request a refund, visit reportproblem.apple.com.

We reserve the right to modify plans, pricing, and features included in each plan. Active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change.

These sales terms are governed by French law. European consumers benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
